'Unbeaten' Barcelona face six demanding fixtures in October

The Catalan club have won every match so far, but the pressure will increase sharply with matches against Galatasaray, Real Betis, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid all packed into the month.

Barcelona begin with a home meeting against Getafe before travelling to Istanbul to face Galatasaray in the Champions League. They then visit Real Betis before another European challenge against PSG in Paris.

The month's biggest domestic fixture follows when Barcelona host Real Madrid in the first El Clasico of the season, before Alaves bring the October schedule to a close.

The run will test Barcelona's squad depth as much as their tactical quality.

Many of Flick's international players are expected to return just two days before the Getafe match, leaving the manager with limited time to prepare his strongest side.

Barcelona will also need to manage the physical demands of three consecutive away matches against Galatasaray, Betis and PSG.

Raphinha has been cleared of a serious injury and is available again, while Joan Garcia is also expected to return to the squad. Their availability gives Flick more options at a crucial stage of the campaign.

The challenge will be finding the right balance. Too much rotation could disrupt Barcelona's momentum, while relying on the same players every few days could lead to fatigue when the biggest matches arrive.

The Champions League trip to PSG could prove particularly revealing.

Luis Enrique's side have the quality to punish mistakes and force Barcelona to defend for long periods. Flick will need his players fresh and fully focused if they are to cope with the intensity at the Parc des Princes.

The El Clasico against Real Madrid will then provide the biggest test of Barcelona's domestic form.

Barcelona currently hold a six-point advantage over their rivals in La Liga, giving them the chance to increase that gap with victory.

A defeat would not decide the title race, but another win would strengthen Barcelona's position and provide further evidence that Flick's team can challenge on several fronts.
