He has won the top eight title on two occasions, first with SuperSport United in 2017 and then against with Sundowns during the 2021/22 campaign, before Pirates won the next four editions.
"We just want to keep that momentum because we are highly motivated, we are all positive," said Kekana to reporters.
"As you can see, a lot of players have been getting a chance. I think everybody is not far off from one another. It's just about us implementing what we know so that we get a positive result at the weekend.

The Tshwane giants won only the coveted CAF Champions League title during the 2025/26 campaign, failing to win a domestic trophy for the first time after 13 seasons.
"But this season we have given ourselves a chance," added the former Bafana Bafana defender.
"Especially at the start of the season. We are still adjusting to get a local trophy. So, we are highly motivated, and I think the lads are just eager and ready to go."
