1. Promotional Period

1. 1.1. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 on 12th October and close at 23:59 on 6th December 2026 SAST (“Promotional Period”).
2. 1.2. The Promotion is run by SuperSportBet (Pty) Limited, trading as SuperSportBet, which is licensed as a bookmaker in South Africa by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board under licence number 10191097-004 (the “Promoter”). References in these Terms and Conditions to “SuperSportBet” are to the Promoter.
3. 1.3. Bets placed outside the Promotional Period do not qualify for any prize or draw entry.

2. Qualifying Criteria

1. 2.1. An Eligible Participant will qualify for the Promotion in a given week (a “Qualifying Week”) if they place at least one (1) Qualifying Bet between Monday 00:01 and Sunday 23:59 (SAST) of that week during the Promotional Period.
2. 2.2. Bets made using Bonus Bets, Bonus Spins or any other bonus or promotional funds do not qualify.
3. 2.3. Voided or cancelled bets do not count, including any bet voided or cancelled after the relevant weekly draw, in which case any reward or Grand Prize entry derived from that bet may be withdrawn.
4. 2.4. A “Qualifying Bet” is a real-money bet placed by an Eligible Participant on any product during a Qualifying Week. Bets placed on opposing outcomes, or otherwise placed to create a risk-free or near risk-free position for the purpose of qualifying, do not count.

3. Eligibility

1. 3.1. The Promotion is open to new and existing SuperSportBet customers who:
   1. 3.1.1. are 18 years of age or older;
   2. 3.1.2. are legally permitted to participate in gambling activities in South Africa;
   3. 3.1.3. have a valid and active SuperSportBet account;
   4. 3.1.4. have made at least one (1) successful real money deposit into their SuperSportBet account over their account lifetime;
   5. 3.1.5. have successfully completed all identification and verification (FICA/KYC) requirements applicable to their account;
   6. 3.1.6. are not self-excluded, in a cooling-off period or subject to an account restriction, and have not been excluded from promotions under SuperSportBet's responsible gambling policy;
   7. 3.1.7. are not, in SuperSportBet's reasonable opinion, in breach of the SuperSportBet terms (including through multiple accounts, fraud, bonus abuse or money laundering); and
   8. 3.1.8. meet the qualifying requirements set out in these promotional Terms and Conditions.
   9. 3.1.9. SuperSportBet reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant before awarding the prize, and to withhold any prize (and select a replacement winner) where eligibility is not verified within the timeframe notified to the participant.

4. Eligibility Exclusions

1. 4.1. The following persons may not participate in the Promotion or win any prize: directors, members, partners, employees, agents and consultants of the Promoter and its group companies; and persons or suppliers directly involved in the organisation, administration or supply of goods or services in connection with the Promotion (including promotional agencies and the vehicle supplier).
2. 4.2. A customer may win only one (1) Weekly Cash Prize during the Promotional Period.
3. 4.3. SuperSportBet reserves the right to verify that the provisional Grand Prize winner is not an excluded person before confirming the Grand Prize.

Weekly Rewards

1. Eligible Participant Selection and Notification

1. 1.1. In each Qualifying Week, the Promoter will award the Weekly Rewards set out in the prize breakdown above to Eligible Participants who have met the qualifying criteria for that week. If in any week there are fewer Eligible Participants than Weekly Rewards available, one Weekly Reward will be awarded to each Eligible Participant in descending order of value and any Weekly Rewards not awarded will be rolled over to the following week. The number of Weekly Rewards actually awarded will therefore depend on the number of Eligible Participants and may be lower than 1,000,000 in total.
2. 1.2. Weekly draws will occur on each Monday following a Qualifying Week (the final weekly draw falling on 7 December 2026, after the close of the Promotional Period), with winning Eligible Participants notified within 48 hours (2 days) of the draw:
   1. 1.2.1. 19 Oct, 26 Oct, 2 Nov, 9 Nov, 16 Nov, 23 Nov, 30 Nov and 7 Dec 2026
3. 1.3. Weekly Rewards in the form of Bonus Spins or Bonus Bets expire seven (7) days after the time at which they are credited.
4. 1.4. Eligible participants will be notified via SMS or Email or calls once rewards have been credited.

2. Weekly Rewards – Bonus Spins

1. 2.1. No opt-in required.
2. 2.2. Will be visible upon launching eligible game.
3. 2.3. Will be valued at R1 per spin.
4. 2.4. Will be awarded across a range of game titles at SuperSportBet’s discretion.
5. 2.5. Will expire seven (7) days after being credited.
6. 2.6. The type and value of Bonus Spins awarded to an Eligible Participant is determined by SuperSportBet (and not by random draw) with reference to that participant's betting activity and deposit level on SuperSportBet and their game preferences.
7. 2.7. All winnings from Bonus Spins are paid in cash with no wagering requirement.
8. 2.8. The general SuperSportBet bonus terms also apply, but if there is any conflict between them and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions prevail in respect of the Promotion. View these here

3. Weekly Rewards – Bonus Bets

1. 3.1. Will be credited directly to the eligible winner's SuperSportBet account.
2. 3.2. The type and value of Bonus Bets awarded to an Eligible Participant is determined by SuperSportBet (and not by random draw) with reference to that participant's betting activity and deposit level on SuperSportBet and their sports betting preferences.
3. 3.3. No separate activation is required. Bonus Bets can be selected and redeemed directly within the bet slip.
4. 3.4. May only be redeemed on Sportsbook betting markets and cannot be used on Casino products.
5. 3.5. May be used across all eligible Sportsbook markets, subject to the applicable SuperSportBet betting rules and market availability.
6. 3.6. A minimum total bet odds of 1.50 applies.
7. 3.7. Each selection must have minimum odds of 1.20.
8. 3.8. A minimum of one (1) selection is required.
9. 3.9. No additional wagering requirement applies to the Bonus Bet.
10. 3.10. Are valid for seven (7) days from the date on which they are credited to the winner's SuperSportBet account.
11. 3.11. Expired Bonus Bets will not be reinstated, exchanged, transferred or replaced.
12. 3.12. Will have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

4. Weekly Rewards – Cash prizes

1. 4.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants for the applicable week, by means of an automated random number generator under the supervision of an independent person.
2. 4.2. The random draw will take place on the Mondays stated above.
3. 4.3. You can get bonus spins, bets as well as cash in one qualifying week.
4. 4.4. All draws will be recorded and conducted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, applicable regulations and any other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
5. 4.5. Applicable cash prize will be credited directly to their SuperSportBet account within 72 hours of the weekly draw.
6. 4.6. Winners will be contacted by SuperSportBet staff via telephonic call and SMS or Email.
7. 4.7. Weekly Cash Prizes may be withdrawn immediately with no wagering requirements, subject to the Promoter's verification (FICA/KYC) and fraud checks.
8. 4.8. Prizes are non-transferable and will only be credited to the verified SuperSportBet account associated with the winning entry.
9. 4.9. Winners may be asked to verify their identity and address (including by providing identity documents) within seven (7) days of being notified, failing which the prize may be withheld and re-allocated.

Grand Prize

One (1) Eligible Participant will win one (1) new Jetour T2 Xplora 2.0TD +7DCT 4WD with an advertised retail value of R639,900.00 ("the Grand Prize" or "Vehicle").

1. 4.10. The Vehicle color will be determined on stock availability when awarding the prize.
2. 4.11. If the advertised Vehicle becomes unavailable for reasons outside SuperSportBet's reasonable control, SuperSportBet reserves the right to substitute the Vehicle with a vehicle of the same or similar make and specification and of equal or greater value (and, only if that is not reasonably possible, with a prize of equal or greater value, on notice to the winner).
3. 4.12. The Grand Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative, save as provided above.
4. 4.13. SuperSportBet will cover the following costs only: dealer delivery and administration charges, first registration and licensing fees, number plates and the transfer of ownership of the Vehicle into the verified Grand Prize winner's name, or any other reasonable costs subject to prior agreement of the Promoter.
5. 4.14. From the date on which ownership of the Vehicle is transferred to the Grand Prize winner, all costs associated with the ownership, possession, operation, insurance, maintenance and use of the Vehicle will be for the Grand Prize winner's own account.
6. 4.15. Any manufacturer's warranty, service plan, maintenance plan or roadside assistance provided with the Vehicle will be subject to the manufacturer's or relevant service provider's standard terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations.
7. 4.16. SuperSportBet will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, accident, traffic fine, insurance claim or other cost or liability arising from the Grand Prize winner's possession or use of the Vehicle following transfer of ownership.

5. Grand Prize Entries

1. 5.1. Eligible participants will receive one (1) Grand Prize entry for each week during the eight-week Promotional Period in which they meet the applicable qualifying criteria.
2. 5.2. Entries will accumulate across the Promotional Period as follows:
   1. 5.2.1. 1 qualifying week = 1 Grand Prize entry;
   2. 5.2.2. 2 qualifying weeks = 2 Grand Prize entries;
   3. 5.2.3. 3 qualifying weeks = 3 Grand Prize entries;
   4. 5.2.4. 4 qualifying weeks = 4 Grand Prize entries;
   5. 5.2.5. 5 qualifying weeks = 5 Grand Prize entries;
   6. 5.2.6. 6 qualifying weeks = 6 Grand Prize entries;
   7. 5.2.7. 7 qualifying weeks = 7 Grand Prize entries;
   8. 5.2.8. 8 qualifying weeks = 8 Grand Prize entries.
3. 5.3. A participant may therefore accumulate a maximum of eight (8) Grand Prize entries during the Promotional Period.
4. 5.4. Winners of Weekly Rewards (including Weekly Cash Prizes) remain eligible for the Grand Prize draw.
5. 5.5. Only valid entries accumulated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be included in the Grand Prize draw.

6. Grand Prize Winner Selection and Verification

1. 6.1. Following the close of the Promotion, on 7 December 2026 at 11am at the Promoter’s office in Cape Town and under the supervision of a member of the Promoter’s legal team, one (1) provisional Grand Prize winner will be selected by means of a random draw from all valid Grand Prize entries received during the Promotional Period.
2. 6.2. Appropriate records of the draw and winner-selection process will be retained by SuperSportBet in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
3. 6.3. SuperSportBet will contact the provisional Grand Prize winner on Tuesday 8th December 2026, using the contact details registered to their SuperSportBet account.
4. 6.4. SuperSportBet will make a maximum of three (3) reasonable attempts to contact the provisional Grand Prize winner over a period of 48 hours from first contact.
5. 6.5. If the provisional Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted within this period, does not respond within the required timeframe, fails the verification process, declines the Grand Prize or is otherwise found to be ineligible, SuperSportBet may select an alternative provisional Grand Prize winner by means of a further random draw from the remaining valid entries.
6. 6.6. Any replacement draw will be conducted using the same random selection methodology, and independent oversight applicable to the original draw.
7. 6.7. With the Grand Prize winner's prior written consent, which is optional and is not a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the Promoter may feature the winner's name, image and likeness on its social media pages and in other marketing in connection with the Vehicle handover.

6.8. Grand Prize Winner Verification

1. 6.8.1. Before the Grand Prize is confirmed, the provisional Grand Prize winner will be required to provide SuperSportBet with documentation reasonably necessary to verify their identity and eligibility, including, but not limited to:
   1. 6.8.1.1. valid proof of identity;
   2. 6.8.1.2. proof of address;
   3. 6.8.1.3. valid driver's licence and any documentation reasonably required to facilitate registration and transfer of the vehicle.
2. 6.8.2. If the provisional Grand Prize winner declines the Vehicle, cannot legally take ownership of the Vehicle, fails to provide reasonably required documentation or otherwise fails to satisfy the applicable verification requirements within the timeframe communicated by SuperSportBet, an alternative provisional Grand Prize winner may be selected from the remaining valid entries.
3. 6.8.3. The winner will only be confirmed as the final Grand Prize winner once SuperSportBet has successfully completed the required verification and eligibility checks, and contacted the provisional winner.

7. Vehicle Handover

1. 7.1. The date, time and location of the Vehicle handover will be communicated directly to the verified Grand Prize winner.
2. 7.2. Travel costs are for the winner’s account.
3. 7.3. The handover is planned before 31 January 2027, but is subject to Vehicle availability, registration and licensing requirements, dealership processes and any other reasonable administrative requirements.
4. 7.4. SuperSportBet will not be responsible for reasonable delays in registration, licensing, delivery or handover resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including delays caused by the dealership, manufacturer, licensing authority, supply constraints or other third parties.
5. 7.5. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign a written acknowledgement confirming receipt of the Vehicle.

8. Publicity and Personal Information

1. 8.1. Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and SuperSportBet's Privacy Policy.
2. 8.2. Personal information may be used for the administration of the Promotion, including verifying entries, contacting the provisional Grand Prize winner and facilitating the registration and handover of the Vehicle, and for compliance with the Promoter's legal and regulatory obligations (including under FICA and gambling legislation). Personal information may be shared with the Promoter's service providers, the vehicle supplier and regulators for these purposes.

9. General Promotional Terms

1. 9.1. SuperSportBet may disqualify any participant, and withhold, cancel or reclaim any prize, where it reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity (including multiple accounts, bonus abuse, hedged or risk-free betting, or breach of the SuperSportBet terms).
2. 9.2. SuperSportBet may amend these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or cancel the Promotion, only where this is necessary because of a change in law or a direction from a regulator or licensing authority, fraud or error, technical failure or events beyond its reasonable control, and then only on reasonable notice published on the Promotion page. No amendment, suspension or cancellation will affect a prize already won or a Grand Prize entry already accrued.
3. 9.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion, except where caused by its gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits a participant's rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable law.
4. 9.4. Misuse or abuse of any bonus or of the Promotion (as described in the general SuperSportBet bonus terms) may result in forfeiture of the relevant prize.
5. 9.5. The general SuperSportBet bonus terms also apply, but if there is any conflict between them and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions prevail in respect of the Promotion. View these here
6. 9.6. Every customer participating in a promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the SuperSportBet Terms and Conditions and Promotion and Bonus Terms by virtue of participation.
7. 9.7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
8. 9.8. If you have a complaint about the Promotion, please contact SuperSportBet customer support here. If the complaint is not resolved, you may refer it to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board or the National Consumer Commission.
