Qualifying Requirements

- Prize drops are awarded randomly among qualifying bets - winning is not guaranteed
- 1 qualifying bet can trigger 1 prize; unlimited prizes per customer per day
- Bets placed with bonus funds or promotional credit, and void/cancelled rounds, are excluded
- The Happy Hour Prize Drops promotion runs every Monday to Thursday from 18:00 to 23:59 SAST (each a "Promotion Day"). This is an ongoing promotion; SuperSportBet will confirm any changes to the schedule in advance.
- This promotion is open to all registered SuperSportBet customers in South Africa, both new and existing, who are 18 years or older and have a verified (FICA-compliant) account.
- Eligible Games: participating Pragmatic Play games in scope of this promotion, as displayed in the game lobby.
- To qualify for a prize drop, customers must wager a minimum of R2 (real money) per spin on the games in scope of this promotion during the Promotion Day.
- Customers who meet the qualification requirements will be randomly selected to receive a prize drop, which will be automatically awarded. Please note: not all customers who qualify will receive a prize drop, as prize drops are completely random.
- Prize drop total per day: R32,500 (457 prizes). Prize drop total per month: R520,000. Prizes are awarded in cash or Bonus Spins in accordance with the published Prize Breakdown.
- Claim limitation: 1 qualifying bet may trigger 1 prize from the prize pool during the daily promotion; however, the number of prizes a customer can trigger per day is unlimited.
- Cash prizes are credited to the customer's real-money wallet and carry no wagering requirements.
- Bonus Spins are credited at a value of R2 per spin on Pragmatic Play Games and must be used within 7 days of being credited, after which they will expire.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative.
- Bets placed with bonus funds, free spins or other promotional credit do not qualify. Void, cancelled or incomplete game rounds do not count as qualifying bets.
- Only one account per customer may participate. Customers found to be operating multiple or linked accounts, or engaging in fraudulent, abusive or irregular play, will be disqualified and any prizes may be forfeited.
- SuperSportBet and Pragmatic Play reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time where required for legal, regulatory or technical reasons, or in cases of suspected abuse.
- All general bonus terms and promotional conditions apply. In the event of any conflict, these promotional terms take precedence in respect of this promotion.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint/dispute amicably, we will refer your complaint/dispute to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB) for a resolution.
