1. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions" or "T&C") shall be valid for all betting games offered by SuperSportBet Zambia Limited trading under the name and style of “SuperSportBet” (a company duly registered under the laws of Zambia, with company registration LCO No. 120241012141) (“Company” or “SuperSportBet”)

2. SuperSportBet shall offer betting services through its various channels, including but not limited to Online and Mobile App, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Service".

3. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions in addition to the following Rules and Policies:

Games Rules
Any terms and conditions and/or rules concerning live bets, sport bets, virtual sports, bonuses, promotions and special offers which may be advertised in any part of our website.

4. By clicking the "I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and I accept the Age Verification and Privacy Policy, and that I understand and accept the general Terms and Conditions" checkbox upon registration, you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with all of the following terms and conditions, and that failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in disqualification, account closure, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against you. If you have any questions as to these terms and conditions, we encourage you to seek independent counsel prior to checking the box.

5. All the terms and conditions listed in Section 3 above shall together be referred to as "the General Terms and Conditions". "User", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing the Service and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. Whenever the User uses the Service to place a bet or to participate in any of the promotions offered, he agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions, including any amendment which may periodically take place.

6. The General Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the User and the Company and supersede all prior agreements, representations, understandings, statements made by its agents and its employees.

7. By using this Service, the User confirms that he/she has reached the age of 18 or such legal age as may be required by relevant laws and regulation. Irrespective of national regulations concerning the legal age, however, SuperSportBet does not accept any Users under the age of 18. SuperSportBet reserves the right to verify any User's statement of age and to exclude Users from its services if there are any doubts regarding the attainment of the minimum age required. Any User using our services, who is identified as underage, shall have all his winnings forfeited and his/her (betting) account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account") shall be blocked immediately.

8. Non-Commercial, Non-Professional Purposes: the User´s interest in using the service is of a personal nature and is to be used purely for personal entertainment. The use of the Service for any commercial and professional interest is prohibited.

9. All indicated dates and times are based on WAT (West Africa Time) unless stipulated otherwise.

10. The betting service is only available in Zambia and in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) only.

11. SuperSportBet User Account

a. Eligibility

For a User to be eligible to play on the SuperSportBet Platform via our website or mobile apps, they must meet the following eligibility criteria:

They must be a natural person.
They must be at least 18 years old as at the time of registration.
Possess a valid Zambian identity card.
Must be resident in Zambia.
Possess a valid bank account in the User’s own name (for payouts).
Must not have another existing account with SuperSportBet or any of its affiliates within Zambia.
Does not suffer from gambling addiction.
Is not precluded from using gaming platforms either by force of law or consensual agreements.

b. Registering an Account

To play on the SuperSportBet Platform via our website or mobile apps, every User will need to first register and open a virtual account with us, choosing a unique Username, a strong password and other unique information such as:

Your first and last name,
Full address,
E mail address,
Date of birth and
Telephone number.

By opening a SuperSportBet account and by placing a bet, the User warrants that he/she has reached the minimum legal age of 18 (Eighteen) and that he or she retains the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with the Company.

c. Managing an Account

Users are expected to submit only true and current information and this information must be updated when there are changes to keep it true and current.

d. Duplicity of Accounts

All Users are expected to only open and maintain one account on our SuperSportBet Platform either via our website or via our mobile apps. All User's registration data are collected and stored in our secure database we may periodically check for dual accounts or registrations. SuperSportBet reserves the right to close all, or any multiple accounts found within our platform and any deposit or winning in any of the multiple accounts will be forfeited.

e. Account Security

To maintain a high level of security on their platform, SuperSportBet reserves the right to conduct a security and KYC (Know Your Customer) reviews at any time:

for processing the User’s withdrawal request,
to validate the User’s identity and financial transactions.

To facilitate these security checks, Users may be asked to provide the following information:

A scanned image of Passport or Government issued ID.
A recent Utility Bill or Bank Statement clearly showing your Name and Address.
A copy of the front and back of the Bank card used on your account showing the first 6 and the last 4 digits present on the front of the card. Please ensure the last 3 digits at the back of the card are hidden (if applicable).
Proof of ownership of the bank account in your name.
Such identification or other information or documentation as maybe required by SuperSportBet.

All verification requests shall be by mail and Users are expected to respond within 7 days of any verification request. Where a User fails to comply with any account request, SuperSportBet reserves the right to suspend the User’s account and freeze the account’s monetary balance.

SuperSportBet reserves the right to suspend or close any Users account where the User supplies false or incomplete information in a bid to defraud, deceive or evade the verification. In addition, to suspension, SuperSportBet may inform the relevant authorities about the reason for the closure or suspension where any law or regulation has been breached by the User's actions.

f. Account Access

Users may access their account online by visiting www.supersportbet.com/en-zm or via SuperSportBet mobile app and entering their Username and Password. All Users are obligated to keep their Usernames and Passwords private and confidential. Any authorized or unauthorised use of the Username or Password by a third party shall be the sole responsibility of the User. Users are not allowed to share their account details with third parties to access or to make use of their account.

Users are obligated to notify in writing by sending an email to cs@supersportbetzambia.com in case they discover any unlawful or unauthorized use of their Username and Password. Any liabilities arising from such matters shall be the sole responsibility of the User.

g. Account Suspension/Closure

i. SuperSportBet can without reason temporarily suspend or permanently terminate services to a User where there are no active bets by the User and on the User’s request, SuperSportBet shall refund the balance of funds held as a deposit after adjustments for losses and winnings.

ii. All Users are entitled to apply for the closure of their Account whenever they so wish by a written request to cs@supersportbetzambia.com. The effective closure of the Account shall be carried out in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

iii. When a User requests for the closure of their account, the User will be mandated to state the reason for the request. Where the reason is related to possible gambling addiction, such a User will be permanently banned from all SuperSportBet platforms. 

iv. A closed Account may be reopened when requested by its owner and such requests will only be granted by SuperSportBet after consideration in line with the Terms and Conditions in force as at the date of the request by the User. 

v. SuperSportBet reserves the right to suspend or close any User account where:

The User is in breach of any of the terms and conditions of SuperSportBet’s website or mobile apps.
The User is in breach of any financial law or regulations in Zambia.
The User is an undischarged bankrupt.
The account is associated with fraudulent transactions or money laundering activities.
The User is declared wanted by any law enforcement agency.
The User shows signs of gambling addiction.
The User has been convicted of any financial crime in Zambia.
The User is part of a betting syndicate with other Users.
The User frequently engages in late betting.
The User is frequently exploiting system glitches or software malfunctions to multiply winnings.
The User frequently attempts to withdraw deposits without placing bets.
The User is not up to the legal age requirement for using SuperSportBet’s Platform.
The User provides misleading or false information of any kind to SuperSportBet.
The User fails the verification exercise.
The User uses automated systems, bots, artificial intelligence or mechanical tools to place bets or predict outcomes of events.
The User allows third parties to use their account for betting activities.
The User intends to or uses the platform for any other purpose other than placing bets.
The User has been banned from other betting platforms.
The User opens an account in a jurisdiction where betting is illegal or prohibited.
The User opens multiple accounts to abuse promotions and bonuses.

Where SuperSportBet closes any User account on any of the reasons listed above, SuperSportBet shall confiscate all winnings associated with that account and shall within 14 (fourteen) working days return all legitimate deposits to the deposit account.

12. Transactions

a. Deposits

Users of the SuperSportBet Platform may deposit money into their SuperSportBet wallet through any of the approved deposit channels approved by SuperSportBet.

By depositing funds into a User account, the User agrees and permits SuperSportBet, to hold the deposited funds along with any prospective winnings for without limitation the following purposes:

to place bets on SuperSportBet’s Platform either on sporting, e-gaming or Games events
settling any fees or charges that you might incur in connection with the use of SuperSportBet’s platform
To settle chargebacks or reversals for deposits that SuperSportBet has already credited the User’s wallet with the corresponding value.
Refund erroneous or fraudulent transactions to the deposit account.
To satisfy any court order/Judgments or any legal request from a statutory authority

All funds deposited and winnings within a User’s wallet shall not attract any interest.

All deposited funds shall be used solely for placing bets and other associated gaming activities on the SuperSportBet platform.

No User may act as deposit agent for another User except where SuperSportBet expressly agrees or designates a User to be a deposit agent.

SuperSportBet is not a bank and as such no interest shall accrue on any deposited sum or winnings in a User’s wallet.

User's will be solely responsible for all taxes, fees levies associated with depositing funds into the User’s wallet.

Save and except where SuperSportBet expressly provides, all deposits shall be in Kwacha.

b. Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests by Users are to be initiated by the User on SuperSportBet’s platform either via the website or the mobile app.

All withdrawals shall only be processed and paid to an account that matches the name and identity of the User. SuperSportBet shall not process any withdrawal requests to an account that does not match the registered information of a User with SuperSportBet.

All withdrawals are subject to verification checks, and a requesting User may be required to submit additional information such as the User's identity card, bank statement, billing address or any other information to verify the User's identity and or to meet with any statutory obligations. No withdrawal will be processed and where the User fails a verification check.

SuperSportBet shall also audit all withdrawals before payment to ensure:

That the User is not in breach of any of SuperSportBet’s terms and condition
That the winnings are legitimate.

Where a withdrawal request has been processed and approved, payouts will be made within 5 (five) working days into the account provided by the User. All payout handled manually through an ordinary bank transfer are processed within 5 banking days.  

SuperSportBet reserves the right to carry out extensive or additional verification before authorizing any payment to the User. Where any payout exceeds 50,000 ZMW (fifty thousand Zambian Kwacha) or where there is a suspicion of misuse of the account or suspicions of money laundering.

Where a payment has been made by SuperSportBet and the funds have left SuperSportBet’s account, SuperSportBet shall not be liable for any delay associated with crediting the User’s account.

Where a withdrawal request is successful, but SuperSportBet’s bank is unable to pay due to network interruptions, technical glitch or any other technical reason, SuperSportBet shall not be liable for the delay in crediting the User’s account.

Users are only allowed to make a maximum of 4 (four) withdrawal requests either on the website or the mobile app within a 24 (Twenty-Four) hours period.

Where a User receives a withdrawal exceeding the expected value, such a User is under obligation to report the excess to cs@supersportbetzambia.com and take all necessary steps to return the excess value. Where the User fails to report the excess, SuperSportBet shall deem the excess a debt and shall without limitation take the following steps to recover the excess:

Institute a court action to recover the funds.
Recover the sum from any future deposit by the User.
Involve an expert or agent to help recover the funds.

The maximum amount a User can request per withdrawal transaction is capped at ZMW 50,000 (Fifty thousand Kwacha).

The maximum amount a User can withdraw in a day is capped at mobile money’s daily limit.

All withdrawals shall be paid in Kwacha and into a Zambian Kwacha account.

13. Betting

a. Placing Bets

Users may place their bets either on the SuperSportBet website or via the SuperSportBet mobile app. Bets not placed on any approved platform or channel by a User will be deemed invalid.

All bets placed by a User on any SuperSportBet platform are at the User’s risk or discretion.

All Users are responsible for confirming their sports selections before placing and confirming any bet on SuperSportBet’s platform. Users will not be able to change any bet once the bet has been confirmed and a bet slip has been generated on SuperSportBet’s platform.

Users can only place bets with available funds in their wallet or with any eligible bonus. Where a User’s wallet is empty, the User will not be able to place any bets.

SuperSportBet does not provide overdrafts to Users for placing bets. Where a User is able to place bets beyond the value available in the User’s wallet due to a technical glitch, software malfunction, or mathematical miscalculation, SuperSportBet shall cancel such bets where active and/or recoup any winnings from such bets. Where the User has made a withdrawal, SuperSportBet reserves the right to cancel the withdrawal request and where the User’s account has been credited, SuperSportBet shall contact the User’s bank for a reversal. Where the funds are no longer available, SuperSportBet may without limit:

Institute a court action to recover the funds.
Recover the sum from any future deposit by the User.
Involve an expert or agent to help recover the funds.

Each placed bet is unique with a bet slip ID that is transaction specific, the date of the transaction and the User’s ID. No two bet slips shall possess the same bet slip ID. Where two bet slip possess the same bet slip ID, both slips shall be invalid. 

b. Palpable Errors

Where Users are able to do the following:

Place bets on suspended or closed events due to network interruptions or software malfunction (Late Betting),
Multiply winnings beyond expected returns due to mathematical or software errors,
Place bets beyond the value in the User’s account,
Place bets on odds/spreads that are significantly increased due to a software or mathematical error,
Place bets on incompatible events,
Place bets on voided events,
Receives winnings for lost or cancelled tickets,
Cash out a value higher than the expected value,
Receive a settlement in error,
Places multiple tickets for the same event for a maximum of 8 (eight) tickets.

It shall be termed a palpable error and no bet, winning or withdrawal shall be deemed valid and any withdrawal or winning made shall be void and SuperSportBet shall take steps to recover such withdrawal where it has been made and wining where it has been credited to the User’s wallet.

c. Invalid/Void Bets

Where a slip contains a suspended or closed event, such a bet shall be deemed void and invalid.

All cancelled bets are deemed invalid, and no payment shall be made on such bets.

Bets placed during a technical glitch, or a software malfunction are invalid bets.

Where a group of Users operate as a syndicate to wager or hedge their bets on the platform, such bets are deemed void and invalid.

Where a User operates multiple accounts, any bet placed under any of the account shall be deemed void and invalid.

d. Cancelled Bets

SuperSportBet reserves the right to cancel any bet slip after confirmation.

Where SuperSportBet erroneously cancels a User’s bet, SuperSportBet shall return the full value of the amount used for placing the bet.

Where a bet has been cancelled, SuperSportBet shall not pay the User any amount if all the selected outcomes on the cancelled bet slip are winning outcomes.

e. Bet Settlements

SuperSportBet will only credit a User with the value of a winning ticket. In the case of a cash out, SuperSportBet will only pay the amount accepted by the User.

The “possible winnings” section is for information only and all bets will be settled upon the basis of the stake at the accepted odds.

Where a bet slip contains a non-runner or a void selection in a multiple bet, then the bet will be settled based on the remaining selections.

Unless otherwise stated in these special Rules, the result of a sports event or race will be declared by the relevant sport's governing body immediately upon the event's end. If a subsequent enquiry results in an alteration to the previously declared result, then notwithstanding this outcome, the original settlement of bets will stand. For example, horseracing bets will be settled based on the official result at the weigh-in and will not be affected by subsequent enquiries.

If the venue for any sporting event is changed, all bets placed prior to the announcement will be void.

The times of the events cited on the website are only indicative and subject to change by various sports federations. Consequently, bets inadvertently placed after the start of an event will be considered invalid, without prejudice to the other events which may be included in a multiple bet.

SuperSportBet reserves the right to delay a winning to validate if the bet was placed after the game had started. Where the instructions to be ambiguous and the ambiguity cannot be resolved before the start of the event then we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.

The live timer is used to ascertain that a bet cannot be placed before a goal or an important event during the match (e.g., a player being sent off).

For display purposes, the odds are reported to two decimal places. When multiplied they often generate a number beyond the cent. In this case, the following rule of rounding is used: 0.0 to 0.4 is rounded to 0.0; 0.5 to 0.9 is rounded up to 1.0.

The system calculates the winnings with high precision and then rounds the values. For instance, if the total odds are 101.2987, it will be displayed as 101.3.

Winnings are however calculated on the original odds and not the rounded figure. An instance is depicted below:

Stake: 10

Total odd: 101.2987

Winning: 1012.98

Actual winnings: 1012.99

All bets placed with SuperSportBet will constitute a gambling agreement between the User and SuperSportBet. Up to the time of suspension of bets accepted by SuperSportBet, all bets previously placed must be considered as a registered contract and therefore cannot be deleted.

If a bet needs to be evaluated by the trader, SuperSportBet reserves the right to reject the bet if the stake is deemed excessive or the bet placed is not aligned with the market.

f. Bet Cashout

SuperSportBet offers a Cash Outs option on single and multiple bets. System bets do not have the cash out option.

Cash Outs are available when the events are pre-match. Where one event on the bet slip has started, the Cash Out option will no longer be available until the results of that event are concluded.

Cash Outs are not available where the odds of an event have been suspended.

SuperSportBet reserves the right to withdraw the Cash Out option on selected events, fixtures and events, on single and multiple bets.

Cash Outs requests are subject to verification as such Users may experience a time delay in ascertaining the amount to be cashed out and the validity of the bet slip. During this delay, any price changes, suspension of markets, and any other system errors that are detected may cause the cash out to be rejected.

On successful Cash Out request, the bet is settled and the User’s wallet credited immediately. The actual final result of the original bet will have no impact on the Cash Out amount.

The Cash Out amount offered at any time is the total amount that will be returned to the User’s account if the Cash Out request is successful.

Any bets that are settled using Cash Out will not count towards the wagering contributions of a first deposit bonus.

Cash Out may be available any hour of the day.

SuperSportBet reserves the right to disable the Cash Out option for any User, shop or group of Users where it has reasonable grounds to believe there is a misuse of the option.

SuperSportBet will not be responsible for any losses due to the Cash Out option not being available for any event or technical reasons.

SuperSportBet can reverse the settlement of a Cash Out if the bet or a market is wrongly settled.

14.Winnings

a. Maximum Winnings

The maximum winnings for any one User per bet slip in any one day shall be one million Zambian Kwacha (ZMW 1,000,000).

The maximum winnings limit of one million Zambian Kwacha (ZMW 1,000,000) shall also apply to a User or group of Users who play duplicate or similar selections over multiple bet slips, (where the selections in such multiple bet slips have a similarity ratio of at least sixty five per cent (65%)) even if carried out on different days or at different locations. SuperSportBet reserves the right to treat the duplicate or similar bet slips as a single bet slip and shall apply the maximum winning of one million Zambian Kwacha (ZMW 1,000,000) to the duplicate or similar bet slips within any seven (7) day period. If SuperSportBet suspects that one or more bets have been made following this procedure, SuperSportBet reserves the right to withdraw from these contracts considered abnormal and the total payment will be limited to the maximum payout as above listed.

SuperSportBet reserves the right to publish the information of any winner that wins above fifteen thousand Zambian Kwacha (ZMW 15,000) on Sports and three thousand (ZMW 3,000) on Virtuals for marketing purposes.

b. Aequo Rule

An "ex aequo” occurs when two or more participants in an event come in a tie for first and second place.

In the event of two selections that end in an "ex aequo", the User’s bet is divided, with half of the stake applied to the winning selection and the other half lost. With more than two selections, the stake is divided proportionally.

The presence or absence of specific information on any event being bet on, such as events played on "neutral fields" or any changes to the playing surface, will not be cause for cancellation or refund of the bet. It is the User’s responsibility to be informed on such updates regarding the event being bet on.

c. KYC: ZMW 50,000

In line with regulatory requirements and in compliance with Zambia’s KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines, SuperSportBet will require a valid means of identification to process any cumulative daily withdrawal request exceeding fifty thousand Zambian Kwacha (ZMW 50,000).
For the purpose of identity verification, the following government-issued IDs are accepted:

National Registration Card (NRC)
Zambian Passport
Zambian Driver’s License
Voter’s ID Card
For non-Zambian citizens: A valid Passport along with entry permit or visa

This is in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) Zambia and aligns with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations.
In the event that SuperSportBet does not receive the required document, SuperSportBet reserves the right to hold the winnings until validation is complete

d. Retirements and Reductions

The rule of "non-runner" concerns the revision of odds on bets placed that result won in the case that one or more competitors in the market do not participate, retire, or should be excluded from the event. In this case, a reduction factor may be applied to the odds of the remaining participants of the event. The reduction factor will be calculated taking into account the winning probability which will then be applied to the winning bets. 

The reductions may be applied to placed bets.

Example:

If the final reduction factor of a non-runner is equal to 25% of the value of the average odd placed (fixed odd equal to 4), the bets placed will be reduced by 25%, therefore a placed bet with odd at 8.00 will become of 6.00 and so on and so forth. If another player does not participate, retires or is excluded from the event, such values can be further reduced.

The reduction factor established may be applied at SuperSportBet’s discretion.

For any event where a specific rule is not specified on the SuperSportBet site, all decisions on such event will be at SuperSportBet’s discretion.

e. Maximum Cumulative Winnings Payout Rule

Subject to the Sports Daily Winnings limit below, the maximum cumulative winnings for any one User in one day shall be four million five hundred thousand Zambian Kwacha (ZMW 4,500,000). Where a User wins multiple bet slips within twenty-four (24) hours period, such that the cumulative winnings exceed four million five hundred thousand Zambian Kwacha (ZMW 4,500,000), SuperSportBet shall cap all the winnings irrespective of their value to be four million five hundred thousand Zambian Kwacha (ZMW 4,500,000). This does not apply to our Games events, for the maximum winnings cap for Games Events kindly visit Games Rules and Terms and Conditions.

f. Sports Daily Winnings Limit:

The sports daily winning limit applies to each User or group of Users who have placed bets containing the same selections. Where bets have been placed through different channels (including online, mobile and land-based retail), at different prices, at different times on one or multiple accounts it will still be deemed to be a single group of Users. By reviewing the commonality of selections if SuperSportBet deem (at its sole discretion) that the bets are placed as a group all the bets combined will be treated with one maximum sport daily winnings limit. Where the sports daily winnings limits are exceeded, bets will be paid out proportionally based on the pro rata amount of the stake within the User betting group. All bets are deemed settled when the final selection finishes, in the case of system bets partial winnings will be deemed to have settled on the day of the final selection. Cashed out bets will count towards the aggregate winnings total. Stakes are not affected and will not be subject to reduction. Notwithstanding the above, all winnings also remain subject to the Maximum Cumulative Winnings Payout Rule set out above.

15. Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property in the SuperSportBet websites, including design, text, graphics, and photographs, are the intellectual property rights of SuperSportBet Zambia Limited. However, you may access information, download and/or print extracts from the website for your personal use only. Commercial use of any such material is strictly forbidden. 

All Trademarks, Domains, Terms and Conditions, Logos, Images, Content and any other material used by SuperSportBet in their products, as well as any other content or underlying idea that can be found within our Website, are owned or licensed by SuperSportBet and protected in their entirety and may not be modified, reproduced and redistributed, in whole or in part, without SuperSportBet’s express previous written permission. All necessary legal actions will be undertaken to ensure compliance with this policy.

16. Bonuses and Promotions

We may in any moment offer you complimentary bonuses to be credited directly to your Account. Credited bonuses may only be used in relation to such services as may be specified when the bonus is offered to you. Acceptance of any Bonus results in implicit acceptance of additional terms and conditions we may make available to you in respect of such bonuses, promotions, and special offerings. SuperSportBet reserves the right to withdraw in any moment any credited bonuses when a material infringement of the Terms and Conditions has been discovered.
SuperSportBet reserves the right to deny admission or to terminate admission to any of the bonuses, promotions and/or special offerings, as well as to modify, suspend or discontinue their validity at its sole discretion and without informing the User.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions made available when communicating the bonus offer. If groups of Users acting in collusion or as a syndicate or individual Users who register several times, set up fictitious accounts or use front men attempting to rig bonus offers, SuperSportBet reserves the right to call in any bonus payments granted, cancel any winnings made with these bonus offers, refuse to pay out any amounts requested and close accounts. SuperSportBet reserves the right to terminate or change a bonus offer at any time. Furthermore, SuperSportBet takes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the contents of the information services, including, but not limited to the result notifications delivered via email and SMS. Likewise, all data in the live scores, statistics and intermediate results of the live betting product are subject to change.

17. Complaints and Suggestions

If you wish to make a complaint or a suggestion regarding the Company, the Website or the services offered, as a first step you should contact our Customer Service or send us an email through cs@supersportbetzambia.com. As the second step, the complaint shall be assigned to an advisor that will manage to provide you with the appropriate response. Save as provided further under this clause, should the complaint not be resolved as expected by you, a response shall be provided to you through internal message or email by the Customer Service Advisor who will report the final decision to you.

All claims and suggestions should be forwarded to the Customer Service in written form via internal message, mail or e-mail. No complaints regarding the acceptance, settlement or resettlement of a bet will be heard by us if they are not raised through our Customer Services within 30 days from the event occurrence which the bet related to occurred.

19. Waiver

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.

In such instances, the part declared invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, SuperSportBet's original intent.

21. Limitation of Liability

SuperSportBet limits its liability for damages suffered by the User from any cause whatsoever, when using the Services (including any damages as a result of SuperSportBet, or its servants, agents or sub-contractors’ negligence) as follows:
1. Damages relating to a bet, are limited to the amount staked by the User in respect of such bet; or
2. in relation to the User account, is limited to the credit balance of such account when damages are alleged to have occurred, after full adjustment for winnings, losses and taxes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and notwithstanding any other provisions in these Terms and Conditions, SuperSportBet shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss of profits, winnings or potential profits or winnings or any indirect or consequential damages sustained by the User, whether or not caused by the negligence of SuperSportBet its agents or employees.
SuperSportBet is not liable if the User is unable to place a bet due to congestion or interference on the telephone lines, telephone system, telephone exchange, or any other electronic communication media used for the purposes of betting.
Any acts of God, war, strike, lock-out or other labour dispute, fire, flood, explosion, the enactment, amendment or repeal of legislation, failure of electricity or any other supplies, failure of telecommunications, failure, theft or default of any computer hardware or software or any other equipment, epidemic or pandemic or any other similar or different cause beyond the reasonable control of SuperSportBet leading to the cessation and/or restriction of SuperSportBet’s operations, shall entitle SuperSportBet to postpone its obligations to the User in whole or in part, and in such event SuperSportBet shall not be responsible for any damages of any nature suffered by the User, whether directly or indirectly, as a result thereof and the User shall not be entitled to terminate its contractual relationship with SuperSportBet as a result of any such occurrence.
You agree that you make use of SuperSportBet’s Services at your own risk and assume all responsibility for your use of the services. Except where expressly provided otherwise, the SuperSportBet Platform, all content provided on or through the SuperSportBet Platform and the services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
SuperSportBet is not responsible for –
1. any failure, malfunction or delay of any electronic funds transfer unit or other credit card processing machine or its supporting or sharing network, resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
2. any damages, loss or expense which the User may suffer as a result thereof, and
3. any loss or damage suffered by the User as a result of the unauthorized access to any data or as a result of incorrect information supplied through an electronic funds transfer unit or other credit card processing machine or its supporting or sharing network.
The User indemnifies SuperSportBet, its employees, officers, directors and all associated or affiliated persons or organisations against all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action either taken arising from all interactions with SuperSportBet and/or its employees, officers, directors and all associated or affiliated persons or organisations. Such legal or other action shall include (but not be limited to) any legal or similar action that arises or may be taken in relation to the alleged unlawfulness of interactive and/or online gambling or gaming within any jurisdiction in which the Customer is located.

22. Statutory Taxes, Levies and Charges

By using our services, every user acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for bearing all statutory taxes, levies, and charges related to their deposits, bets, and winnings on our platform as may be imposed by any relevant statutory authority.

In compliance with all relevant applicable laws and regulations, SuperSportBet reserves the right to deduct such taxes, levies, and charges from users’ deposits, stakes, and winnings where required by law and shall remit these taxes, levies and charges to the appropriate authorities on the user’s behalf.

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their tax obligations in Zambia or their state of residence. SuperSportBet shall not be liable for any penalties, interest, or other expenses arising from any user’s failure to comply with local tax obligations.

23. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zambia. The User irrevocably agrees that the courts of Zambia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
