Introduction

These Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms” or “Terms”) govern all promotional offers, bonuses, competitions, free bets, and other marketing activities (collectively referred to as “Promotions”) offered by SuperSportBet Zambia Limited (“SuperSportBet” or “the Company”).

Participation in any Promotion constitutes your full acceptance of:

• These Promotion Terms and Conditions;

• The General Terms and Conditions of SuperSportBet;

  • Any specific promotion-related rules or terms published on the SuperSportBet website, mobile application, or any authorized communication channel.
  • Where there is any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms or any specific promotion related rules or terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Eligibility

• Promotions are open only to natural persons aged 18 years and above, who are fully registered and verified users of SuperSportBet in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
• Only residents of the Republic of Zambia with valid identification and an active SuperSportBet account are eligible to participate.
• Users who are or become self-excluded from SuperSportBet’s services at any time during the promotional period are automatically disqualified and shall not receive any promotional benefits, including points, prizes, bonuses, or tickets.
• All promotional offers are strictly limited to one per User, per account.Duplicate or linked accounts are not eligible to participate.

Promotional Integrity and Fair Use

• All Promotions are offered for the sole purpose of entertainment and enhancing the betting experience.
• Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit a Promotion or its underlying rules will lead to:
• Forfeiture of all winnings, bonuses, or promotional benefits;
• Suspension or permanent closure of the User’s account; and/or
• Exclusion from future SuperSportBet Promotions.

• Examples of promotional abuse include, but are not limited to:

  • Using multiple or duplicate accounts to claim the same Promotion;
  • Colluding or forming syndicates to gain unfair advantage;
  • Placing offsetting or hedge bets to guarantee outcomes;
  • Exploiting software glitches, system errors, or delayed event settlements;
  • Cashing out or withdrawing promotional funds without meeting the qualifying criteria.

  Participation in Multiple Promotions

• Where a User has opted into multiple Promotions, eligibility for rewards under each Promotion will only be established once the qualifying requirements for each Promotion have been individually completed and verified.

• Promotional benefits cannot be combined or transferred between different Promotions.

  Binding Agreement

• By entering any Promotion, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the Applicable Terms, comprising:
• These Promotional Terms and Conditions;
• The Promotion-specific rules; and
• The General Terms and Conditions of SuperSportBet.
• Violation of the applicable terms may result in the immediate disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of any promotional benefits or winnings.

Error Funds and Mistaken Credits

• In the event that any funds, free bets, bonuses, or winnings (“Error Funds”) are incorrectly credited to a User’s account as a result of a technical, system, or human error, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or withhold such Error Funds;
  • Void any bets placed using such Error Funds; and
  • Recover any withdrawn amounts derived therefrom.
  • Users acknowledge that any Error Funds are held in trust for the Company and shall be repayable immediately upon demand.

  Duplicate or Linked Accounts

• Any account identified as being linked to another account or as a duplicate will be deemed ineligible for Promotions.

• SuperSportBet reserves the right to close any such accounts and revoke any bonuses, points, or winnings obtained through them.

  Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

• SuperSportBet may, acting reasonably, modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, where necessary for regulatory, operational, or technical reasons.

• SuperSportBet will endeavor to provide prior notice where practicable but assumes no liability for any loss resulting from such modification or withdrawal.

  Amendments

• SuperSportBet reserves the right to amend, replace, or supplement these Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such amendments will take effect upon publication on the SuperSportBet Zambia website or mobile application.
• Continued participation in a Promotion after such amendments shall constitute acceptance thereof.

Personal Data and Publicity

• SuperSportBet may process a User’s personal information strictly for the purposes of administering Promotions in line with its Privacy Policy.
• Winners may be required to provide additional personal information for verification and prize delivery purposes.
• SuperSportBet reserves the right to publish the winner’s first name and location for regulatory or promotional compliance.
• Winners may be featured in promotional materials or media campaigns, subject to consent as required by law.

Errors, Delays, and Technical Failures

• The Company accepts no responsibility for any data errors, transmission failures, payment delays, or technical malfunctions that may affect participation in or outcome of a Promotion. In such cases, SuperSportBet’s records shall be final and binding.

Liability and Limitation

• Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by negligence or in cases of fraud, SuperSportBet, its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
  • Losses, damages, or delays arising out of participation in any Promotion;
    • Cancellation, modification, or postponement of Promotions; or
    • Acts or defaults of any third-party supplier or contractor.
• SuperSportBet’s total aggregate liability under these Promotional Terms shall not exceed the equivalent value of the Promotion in dispute.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• All Promotions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Promotional Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
