Competition-Specific Terms and Conditions

● Competition Duration

• The competition period/duration (“Competition Period”) is from:

• Start date: 08h00, Monday 29th June 2026

• End date: 23h59, Sunday 19th July 2026

● Competition Prize/s

• Weekly draws will be held every Friday throughout the World Cup period.

• Draw dates: 3rd July | 10th July | 17th July | 24th July 2026

• Prizes awarded per weekly draw:

• 2 (two) MTN 5G Routers – awarded each week (8 routers total across 4 weeks)

• 1 (one) PlayStation 5 Console – awarded each week (4 consoles total across 4 weeks)

• Total number of prizes: 12 (twelve) prizes in total over the Competition period.

● Eligibility

• The Competition is open to new and existing SuperSportBet customers who:

• Have made at least one (1) deposit via MTN Mobile Money during the Competition Period; and

• Are active customers on the SuperSportBet platform.

● Eligible entries are automatically entered into the weekly draw – no additional action is required by the customer.

● Participants must be Zambian residents aged 18 (eighteen) years or older and in possession of a valid Zambian National Registration Card (NRC) or other valid government-issued identity document.

● Participants must hold an active MTN Zambia Mobile Money account.

General Competition Terms and Conditions

In addition to the Specific Competition Terms and Conditions outlined in Part A above, the following General Terms and Conditions apply to the Competition.

● Duration

• The Competition Period as stipulated in Part A above may be extended, curtailed, or cancelled at the discretion of MTN and SuperSportBet.

● Prize

• MTN and SuperSportBet have the right to change the type and quantity of prize/s (described in Part A above), to determine the value of the prize/s, or to substitute prizes at their discretion.

● Eligibility

• Only entries received during the Competition Period will be eligible entries.

• The Competition is only open to natural persons. Entries received from business accounts held by legal persons (including corporates, SMEs, etc.) are excluded and not eligible to participate.

• The Competition is open to all Zambian residents over the age of 18 (eighteen) who are in possession of a valid government-issued identity document.

• Only entrants/participants using SIM cards registered in accordance with Zambian telecommunications regulations are eligible to win the Competition.

• Unless otherwise stipulated, employees, directors, and agents of MTN and SuperSportBet and all participating MTN stores, their immediate families, life partners, business partners and associates, and any person directly involved with the sponsoring, devising, production, management, or marketing of this Competition are not eligible to participate.

● Valid Entry

• A valid entry is automatically generated when an eligible customer makes a deposit via MTN Mobile Money during the applicable weekly Competition Period.

• MTN and/or SuperSportBet (or its/their agent) retains the right to determine, at its/their sole discretion, if entrants/participants meet the stipulated eligibility criteria and may be eligible to win a prize.

• MTN and/or SuperSportBet (or its/their agent) are entitled to, in their sole discretion, disqualify any participant from the Competition for any reason and will not be obliged to notify participants of such disqualification.

● Prize Draw and/or Winner Selection

• The winner selection process is managed by SuperSportBet’s internal team, who will pull the eligible entry list weekly based on qualifying MTN Mobile Money deposits.

• Winners are randomly selected from all eligible entries who meet all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

• Winners will be selected and notified each Friday on the applicable draw date.

• The decision of the judges (appointed by MTN and/or SuperSportBet at their sole discretion) on any aspect of the Competition, including the award of prizes, will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

● Winner Validation

• All information provided or related to this Competition shall be managed, captured, and approved by SuperSportBet.

• SuperSportBet Zambia Customer Service will contact winners on Fridays to arrange prize delivery.

• SuperSportBet will use reasonable efforts to contact winners via the contact details associated with their SuperSportBet account.

• Should SuperSportBet be unable to reach the winner for any reason within a reasonable period, that person’s right to the Prize will be deemed to have been waived and forfeited. SuperSportBet reserves the right to award the Prize to the next randomly drawn eligible entrant/participant.

• The claim for any Prize will be subject to security and validation. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of their MTN Mobile Money account to claim their Prize.

● Prize Delivery

• SuperSportBet Zambia Customer Service will arrange prize delivery or collection with each confirmed winner.

• Prizes will be delivered or made available for collection within Zambia only.

• Delivery or collection will be arranged during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

• If a winner is unavailable or cannot be reached to arrange delivery, SuperSportBet will make one (1) further attempt. If delivery cannot be arranged, the Prize will be forfeited.

• All risks and ownership of the Prizes shall pass to the winners upon transfer/delivery, and all of SuperSportBet’s obligations regarding the Competition and Prizes shall terminate upon delivery.

● Prizes are not transferable

• No Prize is transferable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.

• No Prize may be transferred, given, or sold to another person.

• MTN and/or SuperSportBet will not transfer, allocate, or assign a Prize to someone else if requested by the winner.

● Undertakings, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

• MTN and/or SuperSportBet, its associated companies, partners, agents, contractors, sponsors, and personnel involved in or associated with the Competition shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, or consequential loss), death, or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from participation in the Competition or claiming the Prize.

• MTN and/or SuperSportBet are not liable for any technical failures affecting participation and/or prize redemption. Neither MTN nor SuperSportBet nor their agents shall be responsible for any lost or misdirected entries, including entries not received due to any failure of hardware, software, or other technical systems.

• MTN and/or SuperSportBet cannot be held liable should it be impossible to deliver a Prize for reasons beyond their reasonable control.

• MTN and/or SuperSportBet, its directors, employees, agents and distributors are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Prize.

• Personal Information and Permission to Receive Marketing and Promotional Information

• Customer data collected via the Competition will only be used for the execution of the Competition and/or for sharing related marketing and promotional information.

• Customer data collected via entry for this Competition will be stored for as long as is legally required in accordance with applicable Zambian data protection legislation and SuperSportBet’s Privacy Policy.

• By entering this Competition, participants give MTN and/or SuperSportBet permission to send them marketing or promotional information about MTN and/or SuperSportBet products, services, and other competitions.

• Customers will be given the option to opt out of receiving marketing or promotional information via the platform from which they receive such information.

● General

• In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Competition and/or the Terms and Conditions, MTN and/or SuperSportBet’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• MTN and/or SuperSportBet may, at its/their discretion, refuse to award a Prize if entry procedures or these Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to, or if it detects any irregularities or fraudulent practices.

• If MTN and/or SuperSportBet is required to alter or cancel any aspect of the Competition or to terminate it by law or for any other reason, it has the right to terminate the Competition with immediate effect and without notice. In such event, all entrants/participants waive any rights they may have against MTN and/or SuperSportBet and its/their associated companies, agents, contractors, official partners and/or sponsors.

• All information relating to the Competition published on any marketing material will form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between such marketing material and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

• SuperSportBet is a licensed betting operator and supports responsible gambling. No Under 18’s.

• Users who are, or become, self-excluded from SuperSportBet Zambia products or have had restrictions placed on their account during the may not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

• This offer can only be claimed once per User.

• SuperSportBet reserves the right acting reasonably to withhold, restrict or cancel this offer from individual account holders in accordance with its eligibility, promotion abuse and internal risk policies at its reasonable discretion.
