SuperSportBet: Terms and Conditions

This document records the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for all bets offered by SuperSportBet (Pty) Limited with Company Registration number 2021/962295/07 and with registered office and licensed premises at The Block, 2nd & 3rd Floor Office Space, 51 Wale Street, Cape Town, 8001 (“SuperSportBet”).

SuperSportBet is licensed to accept bets under our Bookmaker's License with License Number 10191097 (“Bookmaker License”) issued by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (“Board”) and is permitted to provide the software and back-end services which support the website under the Manufacturer License with License Number: 10191096 (“Manufacturer License”) issued by the Board. All sports bets are considered to be placed and received in the jurisdiction of South Africa with the terms of the Bookmaker License.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
These Terms govern the relationship between SuperSportBet and its Customers and include:

• conditions for account set up and operation with SuperSportBet;
• betting transactions and products offered by SuperSportBet; and
• restrictions and conditions which will apply to the relationship between the parties.

You must read these Terms fully, make sure you understand the Terms and agree to comply and be legally bound by them before you set up a betting account with SuperSportBet.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
“Account” means the Customer's betting account, required in order for a Customer to be able to place wagers.

"Account Balance" means the value of cash in the Customer's betting account, excluding Bonus Balance.

Plus: any winnings from using the Services
Minus: losses from using the Services, any other costs/fees, any applicable taxes, amounts withdrawn by the Customer, any amounts previously withdrawn by the Customer or amounts forfeited or reclaimed by SuperSportBet because of known or suspected fraud or due to deposits or other transactions rejected or cancelled by Customer bank or any relevant third-party bank (whether as a result of insufficient funds, charge-backs or otherwise), any inactive account fees or any sums which are otherwise deductible or forfeited under these agreements.

“Bonus Balance” means the value of bonus funds in a Customer's betting account, including any bonuses which have wagering requirement restrictions that have not yet been met.

"Games” means all the games available on the SuperSportBet Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino and other games as may from time to time become available. SuperSportBet reserves the right to add and remove games at its own discretion.

"Game Rules” means rules concerning sports, virtuals, casino, horseracing, lucky numbers and bet games.

"Services” include the sports betting facilities, any fixed odds, real event betting facilities, horse racing and casino games provided by us to you on the SuperSportBet Platform and further detailed under the Game Rules.

“SuperSportBet Mobile App” means the mobile application that can be downloaded, installed and used on mobile devices to access the Services.

“SuperSportBet Platform” includes the Website and all games available on the same platform (or any other electronic platforms) and the SuperSportBet Mobile App and any other functionality.

“Website” means SuperSportBet.com.

ACCEPTANCE OF LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT
By clicking “I agree/accept” in the tick box and/or by using the Services and/or by registering for a betting account and/ by using the software forming part of the SuperSportBet Platform, you represent and warrant you have read and understand the Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and you will comply with all applicable statutes, regulations and rules, as amended or replaced from time to time (“Applicable Laws”). If you do not agree with a portion of these Terms, you must not proceed to register your Account.

Rules and explanations in respect of the Games provided in separate links on the sites, or explanations and conditions referring to the software stated there in are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
SuperSportBet may update these Terms to take account of legal and regulatory amendments, to incorporate changes to the Services offered and/or our business model or to refine these Terms. These will be posted on the Website, the Customer is responsible for checking the SuperSportBet Platform from time to time to review any updated Terms, which shall govern and control the relationship between SuperSportBet and the Customer from date of posting. The Customer is responsible for retention of copies of transaction records, policies and rules.

You accept the Services are for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use only and when using the Services, you act for yourself. You agree any activities in breach of these Terms are prohibited. By agreeing to the Terms, you accept the risk that by gambling you may lose your money and you are accountable for this loss. You agree that your use of our Services is at your sole option, discretion and risk. You have no claims whatsoever against SuperSportBet, any of our partners, or respective directors, officers or employees for any losses you may incur. SuperSportBet is not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services.

However, each of the individual clauses within these Terms contains important provisions which you must read in full and agree to before opening a betting account with SuperSportBet.
