The 22-year-old made the step up from the club's reserve team this season and has featured in 11 games in all competitions this season.
He netted his first goal in the 3-0 Betway Premiership win over TS Galaxy on Tuesday night, leaving Ouaddou to label Masilela as one of the brightest prospects he has ever worked with in his career.
Boitumelo Radiopane (18'), and Tshepang Moremi (50') were also both on target before Masilela found the back of the net after 76 minutes.
The result left the Buccaneers in second place on the league standings with 22 points from eight games, just one point adrift of Mamelodi Sundowns, but with a game in hand.
Speaking after the game, Ouaddou said on iDiski Times: "I can tell you, I have worked for six, seven years in development in France, in Michel Platini Academy. So, I have seen many young players, and he was one of the best I have seen.
"Sometimes when I try with a little but more experience than him, I'm older than him, I have seen a lot of players, when I try to put players in the right path for high level of football."
