The regular season of the NBA will return at the end of the week – following the 2026 All-Star Game
Minnesota Timberwolves superstar Anthony Edwards won the NBA All-Star MVP award this past Sunday following a spectacular exhibition game that included all the best players in the league. For the first time ever, the All-Star game featured a Team USA vs Team World format - competing in a round-robin tournament for the top honours. Team USA were made up of two separate team with NBA players born in the United States of America including the likes of LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Anthony Edwards and Cade Cunningham. While Team World included NBA superstars born outside of the US including Nikola Jokic, Victor Wembanyama, Shai Gilgous Alexander and Karl Anthony Towns. The game format was also different as instead of a classic 48-minute game between two teams - there were four 12-minute games played between Team USA and Team World - with Team USA winning the championship game 47-21. Following the conclusion of the NBA All-Star weekend, SuperSportBet previews selected NBA games set to take place on Friday (20th February) and Saturday (21st February).
