While Ghamphani Lungu opened the scoring with a fourth minute penalty, it took until the 54th minute for Boitumelo Radoipane to double the away side's lead.
Yanela Mbuthuma then bagged a brace with goals in the 79th and 92nd minute after coming off the bench for Radoipane in the 65th minute.
Reflecting on the game, Ouaddou said it was important for his front players to get amongst the goals ahead of their CAF Champions League First Round clash with Mauritian side La Cure Sylvester on the road on Sunday.
Pirates also have an MTN8 final to prepare for against Mamelodi Sundowns on October 10.
"There are some games where we create a lot of chances and we don't manage to be efficient and in this game we didn't create many chances, but we were able to score four goals. Well done to the boys," said the head coach in the Sowetan.
"These goals came in a very important moment where we will play the Champions League and the MTN8 final, so I think it is really important for the boys to start to score and bring that competition into the team."
Ouaddou added that there are still areas where his team can do better, saying: "We need to improve for the next game because we need to have more control.
"If I have to take something positive, it is how we defend, and the four goals are very important for goal difference.
"There are games like that. Of course we want the boys to play better, but in terms of beautiful football, I cannot say we had a good game.
“I think it's a successful mission for my boys. Well done to them, and there is room for improvement.”
