The 25-year-old former Baroka midfielder joined the Buccaneers in 2021 and spent two seasons at the club before being sent out on loan in two separate spells.
He became an integral player for the Chilli Boys as they continued to maintain their top-flight status despite a high turnover of coaches over the past few campaigns.
Now with Brandon Truter at the helm, Mosele, who boasts a wealth of Betway Premiership experience, with 168 appearances, has been rewarded for his consistency with a permanent contract.
"The River has found its course, now it leads the way," read a club statement.
“Goodman Mosele is officially a permanent Chilli Boy and our captain for the 2026/27 season.”
